Hi everyone,
Ive given myself 3 months to loose 7kg to take me to 56kg. (I used 4x 7 day weeks in a month = 28 day months)
My first weigh in for this week was today @ 63kg. My weigh in day is friday each week.
My exercise program for this week is as follows:
Monday: PT training
Tuesday: Body Step
Wed: Body Attack
Thursday: Body Step
Friday: Body Combat
I will post everyday, except on weekends my diet and exercise.
