i used to post updates about my weight on another forum, but the forum died
so i am switching over to this forum!
i have set myself a challenge to eat well and exercise so i can loose 1kg per week before i go on my backpacking trip around europe!
i have about 2 months to go and that is plenty of time i reckon to get in great shape.
i set myself a new challenge every 7 days to keep me modivated. i also weigh myself everyday, not obsessivley, it just keeps me honest.
i like to eat a clean diet and exercise everyday. i always take my dog and she needs to exercise everyday so its my excuse.
mon - 40min power walk, 30min weights
tues - 40min power walk
wed - 40min power walk, 30min weights
thurs - 40min power walk
fri - 40min power walk, 30min weights
sat - 40min power walk
sun - 40min power walk
im going to list my diet and exercise everyday.
i completed my 1st 7 day challenge last week and i lost 1.2kg
my aim for next tuesday 8th June is to loose 1kg and weigh 62.7kg
