wasnt feeling very well today. my cold attacked me with full force, i was going to do my pilates today but i dont mind that i didnt because it is my rest day after all.

update for monday 14 june: back to 63.2kg. i thought 62.2kg was a bit low yesterday but i think it was because i was dehydrated because i was sick. feeling much better today! will do 30min cardio & 30min weights tonight. 7 weeks left till i go away so i guess i have at the most 7-8kg left to loose. hopefully will weigh: 55-56kg. :)
still have heaps of modivation as well. (except for in the mornings when im tucked into my bed!)

i know im only really at the start of my challenge but i really believe in myself. i can see my body changing already and id like it to keep changing, toning and tightening!
looking forward to getting home and putting on the dvd!

oh i measured myself this morning for the first time. seeing as im getting to my lowest weights i might not see the scale drop as fast, but i may notice the difference in my measurements. i only took to measurements because i was in a rush.

waist: 26 inches/66cm
hips: 35inches/88.9cm

how often should should i measure myself?

thanks court! i have alot of modivation at the moment so its going good. plus my tight pants are now comfortable so thats a plus!
my big backpacking trip is giving me so much modivation, there are going to be so many photos which i want to show everyone, so i dont want to feel fat in them :)

oh the mexican rice is yummy! i made it again last night but instead of salsa i did the following:
2 chopped fresh tomatoes
1/2 tub of tomato paste (the little ones that come in packs of two. the size of a yoplait kids yoghurt tub)
teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of paprika
2 teaspoon of cumin
1 & 1/2 teaspoons of corriander ground
1/4 cup of water to disolve the spices in

gives it the same flavour without having to use salsa, which can be more expensive.

so how are you going??
