61.9kg today which is much better. the quick weight loss shows that i indulged to much on the weekend but didnt make a permanent dent in my goal. yippee
aiming for 61kg this week.
bikram yoga was great again last night and i went for a run yesterday arvo.
another run again tonight.
got a yummy stirfry for lunch (left overs from last night) and a fruit salad!
afternoon tea will be a slice of wholegrain, wholemeal bread with a thin spread of peanut butter for energy and protein for my run after work.
yoga again on wednesday and saturday morning and runs planned for today, tomorrow, thursday and friday. glad my running fitness is coming back!
all on the up and up's.

Just have to make sure i dont let my eating habits slide like i did last week!
