ok, update for Monday and Tuesday 21 & 22 June

My eating hasnt been that good. been falling back into bad habits again...WHICH STOPS NOW!

exercise wise: Saturday 45min power walk, Sunday 30min run, Monday 45min power walk, Tuesday 25min run & 25min pilates.

it was great to do my pilates after my run because it was like an after run stretch and i have been sore since i ran on Sunday.

well back into healthy eating today. i know how important it is to eat healthy for my body, and also weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise.

damn i hate when i binge!

Back again!
Its been several months since i last posted. ive actually been overseas for two of them and i think its time to get back into the swing of things. i even have a cold which shows that i need to start exercising again.

i am commiting myself to half an hour of exercise 6 days a week and sticking to eating healthy.
i eat pretty healthy anyway but the one thing that troubles me sometimes is binge eating. i refuse to go down that path again so i am following the mantra - eat when you are hungry, stop when your satisfied & eat slowly!

there is 54 days or 7 weeks till summer, so i hope to loose 5kg and tone up!

ill list the exercise on here and comment about my eating habits every few days.

my ultimate goal is to be a toned and fit size 8!

Well I have eaten very well over the last two days. Unfortunately no exercise but havnt bad a chance. Also I didnt eat dinner on Friday night because I went out for drinks. So I got too drunk and had a hangover today. I feel really bad about treating my body that way so I have promised to myself to never do that again. Also I'm quoting smoking. I'm not a full time smoker but id rather not smoke at all!
I weighed in at 61.4kg today but it was definatley due to dehydration so I will weigh in again tomorow

as i thought, definatley dehydration. weighed in at 62.1kg this morning.
i was very good to my body over the weekend so i feel like i deserve this weight loss. going for a run after work. cant wait to feel the after run endorphins!

i was thinking i would reward myself for each goal of weight loss acheived. ill use it as an incentive to get to my weight loss goals!

when i reach 58kg & then 56kg i will reward myself with a purchase of up to $200.

well this week has been going great! i also feel like im in a good place with my eating and starting to enjoy my running again.
plus i did some yoga last night (only 25min because thats all i had time for) but it was challenging and relaxing. i will try some again tonight.
down to 61.8kg at the moment and my october goal is 60kg, so i have 1.8kg. im going to try very hard but if i only reach 61kg ill be happy!

i went for a run yesterday but no weight work this week. i will begin weight training next week on the days that i dont run, 2 times per week.

very happy so far!

ok so now there are only 43 days left till summer or 6 weeks! at least im on the right track.
today i start bikram yoga and this week on top of running 4x per week i will also do my weights x3 per week.
it might seem like alot but its not really and also i know i dont need to push myself like this forever, when i reach my goal weight ill probably run 3x per week, strength train 2x and yoga/pilates 2x.

also i have till the end of Oct or 2 weeks to get down to 60kg. so excited! dont remember ever being 60kg!

wish i got my lazy ass up this morning for a run, so tomorrow i will go for two runs!

ok bikram yoga is ALOT harder than i thought! i am going to use it as my strength training as well! so yoga 3x per week & 4x runs.
my weight went up to 62kg on monday and tues then down today to 61.8kg so i wonder where friday is going to leave me?? (fingers crossed 61kg flat!)
i plan to run tomorrow arvo, friday lunch and sat morning.
yoga tonight and sat morning.
rest of the weekend free, just as i like it!

come on 61kg!

(i wonder if anyone actually reads this!)

ok this week i must get back to proper eating! ive kinda let it slide a little and thats why im not loosing any weight.
up to 62.4kg today, bummer, but it is my fault.
aiming for 61kg at the end of this week which will be the end of my october challenge.
i will join the november challenge next month and my aim will be to get to 58kg. and my christmas/end of year challenge is 55kg.

but MORE importantly i want to get in the routine of exercising regulary and eating healthly!
that is my most important goal!

61.9kg today which is much better. the quick weight loss shows that i indulged to much on the weekend but didnt make a permanent dent in my goal. yippee
aiming for 61kg this week.
bikram yoga was great again last night and i went for a run yesterday arvo.
another run again tonight.
got a yummy stirfry for lunch (left overs from last night) and a fruit salad!
afternoon tea will be a slice of wholegrain, wholemeal bread with a thin spread of peanut butter for energy and protein for my run after work.

yoga again on wednesday and saturday morning and runs planned for today, tomorrow, thursday and friday. glad my running fitness is coming back!

all on the up and up's. :) Just have to make sure i dont let my eating habits slide like i did last week!

yesterday 30min run, 15min weights.
ate well. had a great dinner of crumbed chicken and salad!
today is a run and yoga
down to 61.2kg today :)
