thanks Gutsy, that makes me feel SO much better, especially the fact that your using my thread to keep going, which makes me keep going in turn!
well yesterday i didnt go for a run or yoga, i had to be home with the boy for other reasons but i did do 20min of pilates :)
this morning i did the pilates again and did 15min of full body weights. its me and the boys anniversary today so we have decided instead of going out, to cook together. so we are making shephards pie and a apple & rhubarb desert.
ill definatley have to go for a run today to offset the calories!
i know its a special day and i should be able to enjoy my food, but ill enjoy it so much more if i feel like i deserve it!
also 60.9kg today! never been that low in all my adult life! ive never been much overweight or had alot to loose, but it has been so hard to loose just a couple of kg's. i guess its because im in a healthy weight range. i think the highest ive been is 70kg. im glad to be where i am at the moment because i feel very healthy and fit. also ive given up smoking and not drinking for a month so i really am feeling great!

thanks hydrogen! it really is modivating when you have people around you rooting for you and see your weight loss efforts are important!
didnt get a run yesterday, but will go for one today. tomorrow will be a run, pilates and weights in the morning then the rest of the weekend free!
my boy is going on the mines next week so ive stopped going to yoga untill he goes away because it takes up alot of time that id rather spend with him. i can start going again when he leaves anyway.
down to 60.3kg :) wow!

my goals for next month are:
weight 67kg
continue exercising and eating well.
run 80km (4 runs per week of 5km) not all at once! ;)

went for a run this morning. first run in the morning for ages. thats why it was so hard, even my poor dog wasnt enjoying it all that much!
had a bit to many snacks for melbourne cup lunch today so i will need to go for an hour walk this afternoon. also got my pilates and my weights.
runs will have to be in the morning now, as it is getting so hot and with all this morning summer light it is so much easier to fit in before work

1hr power walk yesterday
today i need to do 30in/5km run, pilates & weights
tomorrow 30min run
and saturday 1hr power walk

really doubt ill get to 60kg tomorrow which was my week goal seeing as ive gone back up to 61.5kg today. totally due to me falling off the wagon on sun/mon & a bit tues. but weight loss is a journey and if it was so easy we would all be thin!
hope everyone else is having a good week

60.5kg today. soooo close to the 50's! sooo aching to get there!!

thanks for your encouragement shay!

ok today i have got a 30min run, 15min full body weights & 25min pilates. tomorrow 1hr power walk, friday same as today and saturday another 1hr power walk.

so i know i wont be 59kg exactly by the end of the week. that kind of loss would be unhealthy and id just gain it back to fast. but if i can get to like 59.8kg or something similar. just to see a 5 on the scale would make me proud as punch!
