well yesterday i didnt go for a run or yoga, i had to be home with the boy for other reasons but i did do 20min of pilates

this morning i did the pilates again and did 15min of full body weights. its me and the boys anniversary today so we have decided instead of going out, to cook together. so we are making shephards pie and a apple & rhubarb desert.
ill definatley have to go for a run today to offset the calories!
i know its a special day and i should be able to enjoy my food, but ill enjoy it so much more if i feel like i deserve it!
also 60.9kg today! never been that low in all my adult life! ive never been much overweight or had alot to loose, but it has been so hard to loose just a couple of kg's. i guess its because im in a healthy weight range. i think the highest ive been is 70kg. im glad to be where i am at the moment because i feel very healthy and fit. also ive given up smoking and not drinking for a month so i really am feeling great!
