I have been dieting for a few months now and have shed my weight from 56-57kg to 49kg yey
But my goal is to be 42 before christmas and got only 6 weeks to go
so I need to lose at least 1kg a week.
Have not been exercising much as having exams but I hope next week I will really work out at least once a day.
And today weigh, again is 49kg, will inform you guys next sunday weigh in, hopefully will be 48
