Those stubborn last few kilos!!!

So I am now 80.1kg which is 1.1kg from my goal weight.
The weight has just dropped off for me over the last 8 months- I've now lost a total of 23.2kg. I haven't weighed this much since about year 9 when I was 14 and still going through puberty.

I know it's Christmas time and I've been having a hard time keeping a regular eating and exercise routine since I have no daily structure anymore (uni is over and I work non-regular shifts). The best I can do is make sure to eat every 4 hours and go to my 5 a week scheduled exercise sessions.
Not to mention my lack of access to a car means I can't go and buy some good food.
I went from 4.5kg lost in 4 weeks to 0.9kg lost in 3 weeks!!

Anyway, my point is,
How do I stay motivated to at least maintain this weight (til after Christmas when I can begin a new structure) when the scales aren't moving much at all and there is ALWAYS food in front of me?

Anybody else having trouble getting rid of those stubborn last few kilos?

End of March - 119kg - 118.7 - made it!

End of April - 115kg
End of May - 111kg
End of June - 107kg
End of July - 103kg
End of August - 99kg
End of September - 95kg
End of October - 91kg
End of year - 81kg TARGET WEIGHT - Optimistic

I'm with you greenstripes2039, those last few kilos always are the hardest to shift.
I would like to loose another 5k but it has been 6 months now and it will not budge.
I go up and down like a yoyo, binge days then really healthy days.
I am determined not to put any weight back on, usually by now I would be back to my old self, well over weight.

I am struggling with this too!
I have lost 80kg over 3.5 years - Had a lapband put in in 2008. It helped reshape my eating, but it is still hard work everyday, and now that the band is a little more open I am relying on the good habits I have developed.
In the last year I have dropped the bulk of my weight being 35kg. It has been tough, and involved a lot of exercise (which i now love and am addicted too!)
I saying all that I am in struggle city with this last 5kg. They are driving me nuts. I go up and down and nothing wants to move off for good.

I am tracking my eating and exercise - but know I need to tighten up in a few areas...
Good luck to us all - I am currently trying to cut out the carbs... I find it is helping a little.
All it takes is ALL you got!
