New and Improved Slimmer Me Routine

Postby Weightgetlost » Wed Apr 25, 2012 11:05 pm

Hi everyone,

Thinking about my slimmer days (when I weighed 54kg for many years) I remember all the activity in my daily life. I also remember I had very strict rules about my eating such as never eat after 8pm and limit fat intake at the expense of taste. The new weight goal for me is 60kg which I did reach after my last pregnancy but have slowly been gaining over several years. As I am older now I think a few extra kgs will be good. So here is the new weekly routine for a slimmer me;

Exercise
Mon-Wed 45 mins stationary bike ride - aim for 19klm
Thur - day off from exercise, simply can't think of a way to fit it in
Friday - Cross trainer 30-45 mins
Sat - Sun 5klm walk

Food
I will not eat after 8pm.
Biscuits are off limits until GW is reached
Water will be my main drink

Hoping the very best for all with our weightloss goals be they big or small!

Weightgetlost
Goal Weight 61kg
Starting Weight 68.5kg
GW for end of May 67kg
GW for end of July 65kg
GW for end of Sept 63kg
GW for end of Nov 61kg

congratulations on heading towards your goal weight, not far to go, the last little bit is the most rewarding :-)
I lost 25 kilos when I was 19 and have kept it off ever since.
At 22 I was diagnosed with cancer - Burkitts Leukaemia, had 8 rounds of intense chemotherapy and battled with my weight again right throughout this journey.

So inspirational. I have my own rules too such as only snacking on fruit at night. Even if other snacks are fine which they are i just have that habitual thing in me as you do with no eating after 8 pm! If it works for you then thats the main thing.

I wanted to ask you though- does it make a difference if you don't eat after 8 pm? I thought it would stop bloating leaving stomach flatter the next day but not sure if it makes a huge difference to weight gain if you eat at say 6pm or 9 pm. Advice much appreciated

Thanks
Jennie

I'm 8kg away from goal. I need to be at 60 by october. It's my wedding month! Do you think it's possible. But I'm positive about it. Lol. I guess I have to work twice as hard as what I'm doing now, right?

It is possible if you have the right tools to do it and the belief that you can achieve it
