Thinking about my slimmer days (when I weighed 54kg for many years) I remember all the activity in my daily life. I also remember I had very strict rules about my eating such as never eat after 8pm and limit fat intake at the expense of taste. The new weight goal for me is 60kg which I did reach after my last pregnancy but have slowly been gaining over several years. As I am older now I think a few extra kgs will be good. So here is the new weekly routine for a slimmer me;
Mon-Wed 45 mins stationary bike ride - aim for 19klm
Thur - day off from exercise, simply can't think of a way to fit it in
Friday - Cross trainer 30-45 mins
Sat - Sun 5klm walk
I will not eat after 8pm.
Biscuits are off limits until GW is reached
Water will be my main drink
