No mater at what stage of weight loss you are in, weight loss IS HARD.
At first you have to overcome emotional and psychological barriers that have caused you to gain the weight in the first place.
Then you have to learn about healthy eating, portion control and exercise.
Then you get to the stage where you know what you are doing, you are cruising along and getting results, sometimes stumbling along the path for whatever reason.
Then it comes to a point (which I haven't faced yet, but I dare say I will) where the last 5kgs is hard to shift, because as Chell says we are at a healthy body range but we aren't happy with the number on the scale.
