Ok so ive had a yukky day, weightloss wise im cool, though its been tough resisting the urge to eat comfort food. And there will be no exercise for me, but thats ok. Anyway ive been having horrible earaches today. Its making me feel sick and i cant stand the slightest bit of noise. Ive always had trouble with my ears, ive got tintinitus (ringing in the ears) and a certain amount of hearing loss, bet you didnt know that about me! Anyway its really got me down today.

Alright, thats enough whining from me, i will not wallow. Hope you everyone out there had a good day today.

What a crappy thing to deal with Shel! Hope it gets a bit better soon!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Thanks guys! Ive lived with it for 10 years now, just sometimes it really gets me down. The ear aches come and go, i get them more when im run down or have a cold. Ive seen specialists and doctors and they all say, the ringing they cant do anything about, but if i have $4000 lying around, i can get some hearing aids which will improve things.. Well i dont have that kind of money, im saving, but it will take awhile!

Today is abit better, but they feel blocked up, you know how when you drive up a hill how they pop? Like before that, its annoying more then anything.

Thanks for checking up on me folks :D
