Arhhhhh!

Just got back.

Ate.Really.Bad

But did so much walking and stuff so maybe its not too bad? ... maybe!

Bought heaps of really cool stuff, bought a pair of size 26" Sass and Bide jeans! Seriously didn't think they would fit me but they did! Everything I bought was an 8 (and one 6!) so I was pretty chuffed.

I estimate I have gained a kilo, so I reckon I am around 56kg. We will see tomorrow when I weight in I guess.

Havent updated for a while.

Woke up this morning and weighed in at 54.1kg!!!!!!!
So JUST ABOUT at goal. Which is great.

Feeling really really sick. I cant shake this cold and my throat is killing me. Started Tafe today.

DONT JUDGE ME
Breakfast: 1 Piece Toast with Vegemite
Lunch: Whopper Burger! ARGH
Afternoon Snack: Vegetarian Sushi Roll
Dinner: Not sure...

I guess I will be starting in the maintenance thread soon. I dont go back to work until Monday, so I wont get to post much cause I hate using the internet outside of work.
Will update soon! And will have piccies.

Glad to hear you had a nice time away and sounds like you go lots of lovely clothes too :D

You've done fabulously since I was last on and checking people's threads! Well done!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Congrats Ella! You could really start maintenance now, because what's 100g? Really? I think you can be confident to say that you have reached your goal!!! Woohoo!!

Basically.
Weight: 54.7kg
Goal Weight: 54.0kg

Hoping to reach goal in a week

Walking to work every day (50 Minutes)
2 x Hard Cardio Sessions
3 x Full Body Workouts

Would like to get down to 50kg, see how we look at 54kg.
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Ella after your last post I am really concerned. 54kg is already underweight for your height, and now that you're (pretty much) there you've suddenly lowered your target again. That is a sure sign that something is not right. I understand (correct me if I'm wrong) from reading your posts that you've had a history of eating disorders? If so, I think this continually dropping your target weight is not a good thing. Just the fact that you're still not happy even being underweight is a red flag.

Please don't take this the wrong way - I understand what it's like to be a low/normal weight and still not satisfied. I am just worried that you're heading on the downward spiral into eating troubles again. Do you think you need to get your doctors advice before lowering your target - just to be safe?

Thanks for your concern Molli..

Its just that I always have to be working towards something or I think whats the point? I need goals and in my life right now i really need them, to keep me busy and distracted to be honest.

Is it really that low though? 4kg is not a lot.. and i do not believe I look the weight I am.

Anyway, I am going on maintenance when I reach 54kg so its highly unlikely that I will drop more weight after that. I just need another goal, whether I reach it or not it doesn't matter I always just have to be aiming towards something.

TODAY:
Breakfast: 1 Piece Toast w/ Vegemite, Oatmeal + Honey
Lunch: 2 x Sushi Rolls (Tofu)
Dinner: Something from the TAFE cafeteria, not sure what they sell though...
Snack: Something when I get home at 9pm, maybe some dinner leftovers

Exercise: 50 Minute Walk
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Stuck to my diet today!
Had about 4 wrapped lollies. Not gonna stress cause I didn't have snacks.

NEED TO GET:
Tinned salt reduced minestrone soup (800kj for whole can!)
Cup-a-Soups - go to coles woolworth's selection sucks

Not sure what I am going to get for dinner. I just need something I can eat on the way...
Dont want another sushi roll eeew
Cant eat a roll walking
Grrr I can eat a cheeseburger walking though!
Might just see what I can grab there...

Oh and I bought a pair of shorts today from Sportsgirl!

Size 6!! Woooo! I swear I have never gotten size 6 shorts like ever. They're pretty nice too. a LITTLE tight, but no bulges over the top. So hopefully in a kilo or two they'll fit me perfectly.

Didn't eat anything last night at TAFE.

This boy from tafe gave me a lift home, we ending up driving round forever then went to the beach ha! Didn't get home until midnight lol.

So when I got home I had a piece of chicken snitzel and went to bed. It tasted a bit fatty though. Didn't get to sleep until around 2am so i'm a bit pooped. I dunno why I couldn't eat... maybe I was a little too giddy.. i still haven't gotten my proper appetite back yet though.

TODAY:
Breakfast: Oatmeal + Large Glass of Water
Lunch: Medium Bowl of Pasta + Large Glass of Water
Dinner: Whatever mum cooks + Large glass of Water

Didn't weigh this morning. Will do tomorrow. Hoping for under 54.5kg

you will lose the 0.7 in no time..

where is you protein though?

just having pasta for lunch can leave you pretty hungry..

how long did it take for you to lose your weight?

do you count your calories? do you use any other weight loss techniques/ supplements?

Usually I get heaps! Eating tuna and chicken nearly every day, but i've just gotten so lazy lately!

I started in August 2007, so its taken me that long to get 0.7kg away from goal. I used to count calories, but now i just try to listen to myself and eat when im hungry, and stop when im full!

Yesterday i didn't have my pasta, i brought it to work frozen from home and it just would not defrost in time! So i bought a chicken salad with lime dressing, was really yummy! not reeeeally into salads but this one was good. And I went out to dinner and got a chicken dish, don't know hoow many calories lol. But i only ate about half it was such a massive serve!
