Mmm yeah i know about my protein
Usually I get heaps! Eating tuna and chicken nearly every day, but i've just gotten so lazy lately!
I started in August 2007, so its taken me that long to get 0.7kg away from goal. I used to count calories, but now i just try to listen to myself and eat when im hungry, and stop when im full!
Yesterday i didn't have my pasta, i brought it to work frozen from home and it just would not defrost in time! So i bought a chicken salad with lime dressing, was really yummy! not reeeeally into salads but this one was good. And I went out to dinner and got a chicken dish, don't know hoow many calories lol. But i only ate about half it was such a massive serve!
