My Mum said she's heard its not great so im just looking for other people's opinions as i have purchased the book haha.... I'd love to hear success stories so i know my money has been well spent haha

I have book 2 and tried to follow it a couple of years ago, but i just found following it completely was a bit much with the cooking and expensive.

Since then, i have cooked some of the dinners occasionally and have started using it more often for dinner ideas now.

Thanks for that... i like the look of a few recipes and might follow what you've done and just cook things now and again.. that sounds like a good idea.

I purchased Book1 in October and have lost 12 kgs so far.

I don't follow the recipes much though. Its the 1st chapters which are more important I feel to understand the weight loss.

Just remember the Units of each food type that need to be consumed each day and be creative and yes Exercise :)
