Yes, I'd highly recommend them. They're very good for reprogramming your attitude towards healthy food and exercise. However, I don't think they're the magic bullet that the advertising claims. I can't say that the book and MP3 made me lose any weight, but I feel better about myself, I enjoy exercise more and I crave fresh fruit and veg far more often. So health-wise I think they were a good investment!
