Only signed up to the forum yesterday and have found some really interesting things on here so far. Great to read other experiences as well.
What I think would be handy for some people on here would be a section for those under 25. I myself am 20 years old. Myself and my mum are both on weightloss journeys, and I know there are many differences between us. Things like our motivations, diet, exercise and challenges are different for people of different ages
And, I apologise if the section is already on here and I have missed it!
