Went to the doctors early December for the results of some blood tests. Bad news !! Cholesterol - Sky High!! Blood sugar - verging on diabetes. He told me if I didnt get it together i had a 40% chance of a heart attack or stroke within 10 years
I am 45 and 6' 2" tall and weighed 126 kilos..
Since then apart from a decent Christmas dinner I have eaten very sensibly. Exercise I still arent doing but walk the dog!! However I have in the past played a lot of sports and will be getting back to it soon BECAUSE
I now weigh in at a svelte like 112 kilos
All I have done is to stop eating food I like - and eat cardboard and low fat cheese LOL
Not quite - but no takeaways - no red meat , bread or potatoes in the first few weeks but maybe a small portion once a month now. Plenty of veggies,salad, lots of beans - not heinz
but natural beans if u follow me. Im not much of a drinker these days so I spose that makes it a little easier.
