Maybe me!?!
I just signed up and expect to be outnumbered by the fairer censored on this board.

Your weight loss goals seem similar to mine, I also want to weigh in the 80s eventually!

Sounds pretty doable, but it's gonna take some time :)

Have a strategy yet, on how exactly to get rid of the fat?

I've lost weight once before, and when I did was just eating healthy meals 3 times a day and not counting calories. That time I lost 27kg, but I ended up putting most of it back on (it was 7 years ago). I also started paddling a surf ski (which is like a kayak but you can paddle it in the surf). I also had one day a week where I could eat pizza or fish and chips.

This time I'm going to follow a similar strategy, except for exercise I'm playing indoor cricket and squash. I don't think I have the same steely determination I had back when I was 19 (I didn't break my diet once over the 3 months it lasted), and am doing it for different reasons now. I hope that this means that while my weight loss may be slower, that this time I keep more weight off.

I'm a cyclist. I do a 25km ride twice a day as long as the weather lets me :)

My average is 55 minutes. Best time is 44 minutes, drained my battery entirely ;)

Last week sucked, was incredibly windy, so I didn't ride my bike.
