Home Fat Loss Workout Ideas for Blokes

Postby claytonbeatty » Wed May 12, 2010 6:38 pm

I am a personal trainer who specialises in fitness and fat loss advice for blokes, so i thought you guys might appreciate some ideas for home fat loss workouts.

Resistance training is one of the best ways to increase your metabolism and burn more fat, and doing circuits is the best way for guys with limited workout time.

An easy way to do circuits is at home using an interval timer. You simply have a bunch of different exercises that you rotate through. A good interval for circuits is 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for 20 minutes. It will burn fat and increase your fitness.

There is a cool circuit timer that you can just play your own music over the top of at

I use it in my shed at home to do circuits, and it makes working out more fun and easier.
Hope this helps!
