Resistance training is one of the best ways to increase your metabolism and burn more fat, and doing circuits is the best way for guys with limited workout time.
An easy way to do circuits is at home using an interval timer. You simply have a bunch of different exercises that you rotate through. A good interval for circuits is 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for 20 minutes. It will burn fat and increase your fitness.
