I don't know about you, but I have NO regrets when pigging out

You SEE, I have a method to minimize the damage

It's super simple and requires nothing but your own body.
Here it is:
Before I start pigging out and drinking my beer/pizza...I do 30-40 Air-Squats and Wall presses
What that does is it activates these receptors called GLUT-4 receptors which send all the fats to your muscles instead of storing them in your fat cells.
Why??
Because of the sudden exercise your body needs sugars to regain the calories lost so all the junk you put in actually is needed. So if you ever go out to fast food place or buffet, or feel guilty eating bad...try this method.
