Welcome mummy2three... we have similar goals and starting weights. I've got 2 more to go until I get to 65...but I think I'll keep going to 60.

Well done bferbear...another two lost! keep up the great work!

Sassi - Keep on the wagon...I'm sure that number will go down soon!

As for me, I'm going well with my exercise. I can feel myself getting stronger and fitter every day..even if I don't lose weight, this is a great feeling to have! I've started to eat more meals each day and included fats! For so long, I have steered clear of fats, but I realised that if my body is low on fats, it's more likely to keep the fat that it's got....bring on the olive oil!

Thanks for including me in the challenge! I just went for my walk and feel really positive. It seems like a long way to go, but I must hang in there. You've done so well, at the moment I can only imagine how great you must look and feel :)! What a change you must notice. How long have you been losing the weight? Are you on a diet or program?

Good luck with adding fats back into your diet. Though it may make your tummy churn a little :|.

Hello all,

I disappeared from the forum for a long time. Too embarrassed with my slow progress/lack of progress while everyone is just doing so so well. Every time I lose 3 kilos, then I put it back on, back to square 1.

Now I am the fattest I have ever been... Cannot fit in my clothes.

After eating the work Christmas lunch yesterday, looking like a fat Garfield, it is time for me to do something about it.

I will start writing in the Daily food and exercise diary sections.

Week2: 55.8 kilos
To lose: 5.8 kilos
