Thanks for starting the topic.

Merry Christmas everybody...

Week2: 55.8 kilos
Week3: 54.6 kilos

Want to lose = 5.8 kilos
Last week weight loss = 1.2 kilos
So far weight loss = 1.2 kilos
Weight to lose = 4.6 kilos

Hold on to my water and sandwiches...
Christmas and New Year food temptation are even closer now...

I will be focus and be strong... 4.6 kilos to go...
