sorry to see that Helen but not too bad considering the time of year... this weeks another day lols... hey that doesn't sound right but you know what I mean :wink:

oh and yeah... no point doing it unless your going to be true... am gonna stick some piccies up sometime... I'm such a vain bugger I'm gonna wait till I'm almost there though :wink: and then stick em all up together... just need to sort out the technology side lols

Hmmm..I guess it would help if I stopped eating all the left over Xrissie goodies that I put out everyday :roll: :oops:

And it might help also if I actually got my butt moving rather than laying down watching movies with the Kidlet's in the arvo's :P :lol:

I didn't join in time for the 12 week challenge (about 6 weeks too late).
Does anyone want to have a mini-6 week, challenge? i could use the friendly competition. Say Jan 7 - Feb 15?

Thanks.

Funnily enough I think the xmas period may have helped me. I was getting too much into a pattern of set times for training eating sleeping etc that the random eating, training and resting periods may have kicked started my metabolism again and given it a shake up.
