Im very focussed bear ... I can confidently say Im in the zone ! It has taken me 11 weeks to get into it.

I want to hit that 20kg mark lost, I can't wait to get it ! Im quietly aiming for 25kgs lost ( in total ) by the end of this challenge, which would make it 5.6kgs to lose in the last 3 weeks. I wont be disappointed if I dont get it. As long as I get to 185 and meet my first challenge goal, I will be stoked :D

thats the way to approach it Helen... just set little targets... aim for getting lower lows... think how good you will feel when you hit the next mark... thats what motivates me anyway... :)

Well done JP, your absolutely killing it.

Helen, sorry if my posted sounded patronising, I just reread it then and realised it could be taken that way, I didnt mean to imply that you were not motivated or focused.

I reread a post I did in another thread as well and realise now that I must have been in a right git mood yesterday arvo, I basically told the poor lass that all men cheat so get over it.

Bear don't be silly !!! I took your post exactly the way it was intended ! It takes alot to offend me :) I also read the post you are referring to and didn't take offence to it all, as I could see your intended meaning / assistance ! It's all good mate :)

JP & Bear ... man I knew you guys were going to kick my butt this week ! Awesome weeks !

It's so exciting that all of us are near our 12wk goal !

Re: Week 9

My PT just broke some news to me which is ok, but kind of disappointing. He reckons I should drop another kg or 2 this week, but for the next month after that he will be stunned if I drop anything extra, as the program I am doing is really going to start kicking in some heavy weights. After 4 or 5 weeks on the new program he thinks I should shed rapidly, but whilst the muscle is building up again he doesn't believe I will drop anything.

He also asked me to make a few little dietary changes for the next 6 weeks, like cutting out fruit altogether and substituting protein instead at those times.
