I busted my arse last week, 8 x 1 hour cardio sessions by myself (20 mins bike, 10 mins rower, 30 mins treadmill) and 3 x 90 min weights sessions with the PT. Going to the gym at 5.30am and 6.30pm every week day, plus a saturday morning PT session. I cant keep this schedule up, but am focused on the fact that I basically have a month without training, plus the changes my PT wants to make, so can keep it going for another week or so.

You are amazing bear, that's a truly inspiring effort !!

Im seriously considering getting me a PT. Just don't want to go to the gym just yet, so starting to search around.

I spend approx $400 a month on PT fees, which sounds expensive, but when you take into consideration I used to spend that on Friday night drinks it isn't so bad. My PT sessions work out at around $40 each if I buy them in bulk. It is $70 a session if I wanted to pay for one offs. It is worth every cent. He also gives me follow up phone calls the next day after each session to see how I am recovering.
