If I can get everything organised ( in relation to mum and the car ) I will start another one straight after next week, so we'll see how we go :)

ok see how you go and then make it an eight week one or seven week one depending... and as I just posted elsewhere I think these little challenges are motivation in themselves... it's pretty much worked for me anyway... it's a bit of fun plus it makes you a little more accountable if you know what l mean? :)

Yup cool ! Ok will work it out once I get everything right !

You're absolutely right about the challenges being motivation enough, I mean I just have to come in and look at the weight I've dropped every week and Im proud ;)

Total Loss during challenge: 17.8kgs

Challenge Goal: Under 140kgs *Achieved*

400g loss, with the amount I have been eating lately I am surprised to even get that, but had to add another hole to my belt again, so am happy.
