Hay Maz - good luck for tomorrow. I am also finding that I am not craving carbs at all too. This is such an easy diet to follow - and I actually look forward to my shakes now!!!

Exercise wise I haven't done any really - apart from shopping, cleaning etc.

I paid around 45. I wonder why yours are cheaper and we both live in Perth?????

Postby Aeon » Tue Nov 06, 2007 3:17 pm

Hi girls...I'm new here and decided to try Kate Morgan after gaining 1.5 kgs over the weekend. Monday was day one. I really hope I have the will power to continue with it.

I hope so Sassygirl...then I need to get rid of the other 10 kgs that have snuck on over the last 3 yrs. I have this great pair of jeans that cost the earth...and dont go past my hips anymore. My goal is to get back to 62 kgs or at least 65 kgs...and fit all my clothes again. Losing weight is the cheaper option than buying a complete new wardrobe.

So far...and its only been 1 1/2 days, I havent had an afternoon chocolate urge. The Charity chocs in the office are going to miss my daily visit.

Love the coffee flavoured sachet. Berry is nice but at the bottom of my favorites list so far.

Welcome Aeon! I think you'll love Kate Morgan. Weighed in this morning and lost another 2.1kg. Very happy. Before I know it people will stop asking if I'm pregnant!
My favourite shakes in order are:
Best: Banana, berry, vanilla, chocolate, cappucino
Wish they had mango.....

WOW 2.1 that is fantastic - congratulations!
I have been fairly bad this week with Melbourne Cup and a 60th to go to - but I didn't eat as much as I would have pre KM - so am happy at that!

My favourite is CHOCOLATE. I go in, weigh and get 14 of chocolate nothing else!!!

Maz...congratulations...fantastic weight loss. You, Sassygirl and the others on "Kate Morgan" are inspiring me to continue.

Mango...what a great idea...have you thought of suggesting it to them. I'm sure any feed back or ideas would be recieved with open arms.

I've lost more weight today...so I want one of those ticker thingies. I tried to download one but got a bit confused at the end of the process.

On my way

Postby Ruby » Thu Nov 08, 2007 11:10 am

Hi Guys,

Just thought I would check in. I've been on Kate Morgan now for 2 weeks and I've lost 4.5kg. Yay!

It's quite restrictive so I have to be disciplined, but I managed to lose 26kg on a low carb diet 6 years ago and keep it off for 2 years, so I know what I have to do to get back. It's not rocket science - stop eating rubbish, get more excercise.

How is everyone else going?

Hay Ruby

Going great guns on KM - you are right it is restrictive - but that is what I like about it - I NEED RESTRICTIONS!!!!!

4.5 in 2 weeks is fantastic - I have lost nearly 9 in 7 weeks - been bad this week with Melbourne Cup but am back on board again.

Keep us posted on your progress - maybe we could start our own KM thread and post recipes that we make that are nice??

Thanks,

I feel like I have such a long way to go though. I'm feeling a bit down about my weight today. I feel so fat. But I know at least I'm doing something about it.

Just a blue day I think.

Thanks for your encouragement.

Hello ladies

and BIG thank you for welcoming me to this new forum, this is only my second day on KM, found it very tough yesterday (and pathetic for admitting to that)

BUT, thinking alot more positively today and not too hungry, and Ive just had a morning tea with muffins, chocolate and lots of yummy things and I WAS SO GOOD am very proud of myself. Had my banana and pepsi max - which filled me up.

And in just these 2 days my tummy does not feel at all bloated and yucky and thats because Ive had no bread or pasta - whihc is my favourite, so that must be a good thing
