Hi All,

I started KM on thursday, and i am so inspired by your posts.

I did struggle on Saturday, i had a bit of a binge session and then felt so guilty, but i was back on track today :) , so how do/did you all cope with the first week, did anyone else have a binge session??

Welcome!

My first few weeks were OK.......no binges here.

But i did make a point of allowing myself to have carbs at dinner a few nights once I hit week 3, because I felt like I was just about to fall off the wagon........

And by week six I was struggling a bit....still no binges, just nits of cheating......

If you have a look at my blog, you'll see what I mean:

The only thing I can suggest is think of all the reasons you started KM in the first place.......

Hi all,

Haven't been on for a while and I also fell off the wagon. Put a couple of kilo's on. But went back again on Saturday and I'm raring to go now. althought I went to the health shop and bought some fibre powder called Bowel Biotics. OH MY GOD!!!!!! It's the most disgusting thing I have ever had and in the end I had to wash it down the sink.
Going to try it with Juice and see how that goes.

Does anyone have some that tastes nice??????

Jacinta

I use just plain old phylisium husks from the health food aisle in the supermarket: about $4 for a HUGE bag that lasts for months and months........I put 2 or 3 teasonns in my shake and drink......you can't taste a thing.

That said, I also take In Liven which is an organic probiotic superfood powder, and it tastes RANK.....but its benefits for me are amazing, so I keep taking it.......

Um, how embarrassing, i gained 500 gms, i just had aunty flo, and i have also been retaining alot of fluid this week and being all puffed up in the hands, face and feet. Apparently i should eat more celery to help with the fluid and the lady at KM told me to go to my doctor and have a full blood test done. I so have not cheated or strayed this week at all, i stuck to KM like glue lol, oh well, c how i go next week. :? :?:

Sherostar, I weighed in yesterday, AF is due for me too........I put on 100g.

Its is annoying and frustrating, but keep on sticking to it like glue, then NEXT weigh in you REALLY see the benefit!

Well hello ladies, am very embarrassed to be coming back on here BUT have been a little naughty over the last couple of months, after Kate Morgan was so successful for me and i took advantage of it and am NOW back on it again!!

AND how easy is it when you return?? I have found it so easy, like id never been away - which is abit naughty to say that, but I have just gone straight back into the shakes, got my snacks back in routine again and exercising and am really hoping that on MONDAY - my big weigh in - hopefully see some great results. I havent even suffered from headaches, constipation OR the dreaded CARBS this time.

For those of you that do remember, I had a really thoughtless and skinny ass kate Morgan consultant at the chemist that I joined up at, so was dreading going back in there but thankfully found a new chemist and they were sooooooooo nice, didnt get myself weighed by them, Im going to do that @ home but just so nice to able to go and buy my shakes without the rudeness and ignorance from teeny tiny girls who dont know there arse from these elbow

Anyhow, glad back to be here girls (in a weird kind of way), hopefully get the awesome support that you all gave last time and vice versa from me :D :D

Speak soon and happy shaking :D :D :D

Welcome back Watty.........you'll probably find the kilos fly off you this time around!

I am going well......I have been a KM angel this past 10 days......I have really hit a plateau, so have gone right back to basics with KM and have started with a personal trainer to mix up my exercise a bit......so I hope it shifts my ticker......

Hi folks! Raine here. I'm new to this and to Kate Morgan. I started today!! I am so determined to do this and lose the weight that I so badly need to. I weighed in at 112.4kg-Oh my God! When did I get so fat? Anyway, I would really love to get the support from anyone else 'out there' who is on a similar journey!
