Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question has anyone used Celebrity Slim?? If so how did you find it?? If you are on it now, how are you going with it?

I am just about to start a 7 day trial of it to see how I go.

Opinions/thoughts would be appreciated.

hi rhi there are a few members on it at the moment. i just finished a week of it last week and lost 2.9kg. i really enjoyed the shakes but i did miss the eating of real food for each meal. the shakes were yummy and i think with any program like that make sure you follow it 100% to see the best results.

My sister-in-law is doing Celebrity Slim. She enjoys the convenience of the shakes as she doesnt cook much.
She told me today that she has lost 1.5 kilo in three days.

I love it, it takes a few days to get over the detox and cravings but once you are in to the swing of things its like anything if you stick to it it works

No matter what shake diet you do - you always will have the bad before the good. Believe me it does get better!!

It took me a week to get rid of the cravings etc ... Today is my first day of not craving wanting anything that has been tempting around me for eg: cake, sausages, eggs etc.

Just drink heaps of water when you start feeling hungry or go for a walk. I've found that it helps me heaps :)
