Margaret River dairy company Lite yoghurt - Fruits of the Forrest is the BEST yoghurt ever. It's so creamy and delicious.

Chilli!
I have a real taste for hot spicy foods at the moment. Chilli and Lime Juice!

I have been putting Lime Juice on my salads as the dressing! Yummy!

Believe it or not - my Kate Morgan Chocolate Shake - these are yummo! Oh and fresh Salmon ........ (I know I have expensive tastes!!!!)

Ooh I'm obsessed with cutting a golden delicious apple into thin slices and using a yoghurt as a dip. Yummmm :D Nestle Diet Apricot yoghurt, or Yoplait No Fat strawberry. Mmmmm!

Or a wholemeal crumpet with vegemite & tomato.

Mmm.. I love food :)

Salad salad salad....with my good home grown lettuce. And fruit salad. MMMMMMMM I could live on salad and fruit
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I love salad with fresh vegies too Tegan.. I tend to kill anything I attempt to grow, but I like to get fresh stuff from the markets on the weekend. Everyone thinks I'm weird because I will skip dessert and just munch on the giant salad bowl all night.. but it's so damn good! :D

Kavli crackers - only 17 cals

Smoked salmon - about 25 cals per slice

WW fruit in jelly - only 10 cals

Unibic sponge fingers - only 35 cals and they are HUGE great with a cup of tea!

Miso - only 30 cals a cup

Hot skim milk with ground almonds - satisfying and deters any binging before bed!

Rocky road chocolate by dairy milk - only 1 square with tea is 50 cals

Mountain bread - only 70 cals and great to fill with salad to make a filling wrap!

Diet Ginger beer - only about 7 cals per glass! Great stuff!

Strawberries - 30 cals for a whole punnet!

Crumpet toast - with lots of honey and butter - Treat food, no idea how many cals!
