Hi Watty, welcome to the forum!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Hay Watty - I have been doing KM for about 7 weeks now and have lost nearly 9 kilos - what you are experiencing in quite normal. It is all part of your body detoxing or going through "ketosis". Believe me it does get better and your energy levels will increase. In the first week - I had headaches and no energy at ALL - then as the week progressed I started to feel better. With regards to feeling hungry - are you drinking your 2 litres of water? ANyway - you can PM me anytime - always nice to meet another KM buddie!

Good luck - IT WILL WORK for you!!!
2008 - my year to be great!!

Hey Watty! Great attitude! You recognise that it's hard but you know that you need to do it and it will be worth it! We're all here to support you when the going gets tough cos we know what you're going through (well maybe not EXACTLY, but pretty close :P)
