How are we?
I have been trying to drink 1.5-2L water a day. Not succeeding very well.
Today I added cordial to my water. I didn't add heaps, but enough for it to taste like watery cordial.
Does that ruin the intake? i know its better to have diet cordial or that cordial powder but i can't stand those. I have sarsparilla cordial, its my most fave.
I have nearly drunk 2L worth.....does the cordial ruin it much? how much calories does that come to?
Any help would be great
