Hi guys!

How are we?

I have been trying to drink 1.5-2L water a day. Not succeeding very well.

Today I added cordial to my water. I didn't add heaps, but enough for it to taste like watery cordial.

Does that ruin the intake? i know its better to have diet cordial or that cordial powder but i can't stand those. I have sarsparilla cordial, its my most fave.

I have nearly drunk 2L worth.....does the cordial ruin it much? how much calories does that come to?

Any help would be great :)

*spose its better than softdink or lollies which i dont have now*

Just count the calorie intake in which would be 90Cal per glass diluted for 200ml, but every cordial flavour is different, I don't how much it would ruin your water intake, but I would drink more water than sugared water.

Hope this help's

Nah thats fine!

I cant drink water either, and trust me its better to drink cordial than NO WATER per day.

Just make sure you count the calories, if you use a low joule cordial or diet tang or crystal light it will hardly be anything.

Well if you're only adding a bit, it shouldn't make too much difference. I think their instructions usually say to add like, 1 part cordial to 5 parts water or something ridiculous so you'd be having a tiny fraction of their serving size calorie calculation
