weight loss should be about a healthy eating and exercise plan that you can stick to for life. Life is not much fun if you can't have the occasional treat. So yeah, you can have occasional treats (and if you are calorie counting then you would include it in that) - the key is balance and being sure that occasional treats are...well...occasional!
