I seem to be stuck on 95kg. At least I'm not putting any on, but I'd rather be still losing. I'm not entirely sure if it's because I'm not losing fat or because I'm replacing fat lost with muscle gained.

I think maybe it may be due to my enforced snacks ever 3 hours. So I'm going to go back to eating when hungry and see if that makes a difference.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I agree that its much better if the scales change but as you said you are probably swapping fat for muscle.
I, both, weigh and measure weekly to help with motivation - if the scales don't budge the measurements usually do.
Perhaps measuring is worth a try???
