Hi all, I tried to do a search about topics related to sugar but it didn't turn up much.
I was thinking of cutting out refined sugar from my diet but didn't know where to start.
I cleaned out my pantry today and a lot of foods have sugar in them!!
My reason for cutting sugar is that it makes me feel like crap after eating it. I feel bloated, tired, headachey and irritable. I've read a few articles about sugar and believe it could be a good choice to cut it from my diet.
Is there anyone that could give me some advice or ideas?
