This is what i was typically having for lunch before i decided to kick start my diet again

light rye bread, no marg with egg and lettuce and a little mayo on the bread... there isnt any mayo in the egg...

how bad is this for me... cos i love it lol

That should only be around 200 calories even including full fat mayo and normal rye bread. Absolutely nothing wrong with that at all.

Yep that sounds great! I might test it out next week :D

I reckon either rye or soy and linseed bread is the best because it fills you up and is so much better for you than white bread.

Just make sure the mayo is low fat :wink:
