thing is, i just love food!i blame my mother! i dont deny myself these things when i am really craving them, but there has to be moderation. and if i do deny myself something i just crave it even more and end up eating more than if i had just let myself have a little!
i also have little post it notes all round the kitchen with things like "are you sure you really need that?", "you know if you eat that it will just end up on your ass", "you should swap that over for an orange, they are healthy and full of goodness" my kitchen looks great for it!
they dont always work (and my friends love adding other stupid ones) but they do make you think about what you are putting into your body and remind you that you are working hard to improve your health and fitness and by giving in to those little temptations arent going to help you reach your goals.
