For those on the Kate Morgan Diet

Postby *Princess Bee* » Sat Jan 12, 2008 8:08 pm

My first time on this site and i am really curious about this diet.

I believe this is the one set up in many pharmacies across Australia?
How have you all found it.

My main questions with this one are:-
What are the shakes mixed with water or milk?
What sort of meals can you eat for dinner?
How much does it cost to join & for the shakes/meals?

Reason i ask is that i really struggle with eating healthy as i don't eat salads or fruits at all. I do love vegies though. Just curious how hard it is to go on this diet if i don't eat those things?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi i am on kate morgan
Initial set up is 75 or 80 $ that includes program booklets , shaker and weeks worth of sachets

Shakes are mixed with 200ml of water but u can add more if u want
Meals for dinner vary . I have mostly stir frys for dinner or lean mince mixed with veges and so seasoning

I have been on it 4 weeks and lost 3.5 kgs . I find it great because i was never eating breakky

Hope that helps

Yes thankyou.

how do the milkshakes taste? Are they gross or really nice.

I have had optifast before and that tasted like sludge.

However i have had UltraSlim and that was nice.

The fruit ones are great. I'm not a huge fan of the choc, cappicino ones. The Banana one is by far the best.

I was on the Kate Morgan diet for about 4 mths, I'm now 1kg away from my goal weight so I've opted to go on the maintenance plan and instead, join the gym to help work off that last kg which I regained over xmas, it's cheaper for me to do it that way, it kind of adds up being on the program for 4 mths, so my cheapest option was instead of paying $45 a week for the shakes I have joined the gym for $30 for a month, I plan on going to the gym for about 2 mths then I'll just stick with my exercise bike and weights at home which I was using when I was on the KM diet, I only plan on going to the gym for about 2 mths to help tone up the 9 kg I've lost on the KM program cause it's my 30th in 8 weeks and I hope to wear a nice dress, but maybe a bit above the knee,it's been a while, lol.
The KM diet is great tho, worked for me, best of luck with it :)

I usually get the banana. vanilla, chocolate and butterscotch ones and find them real nice . I was on kicstart sachet before and they left a awful aftertaste . The KM ones can also be frozen and eaten in the same whey u would ice cream. These are fab shakes and i find if i shake then for 30 secs they are creamy

hey there i have only been on the km for 4 days now an i was a totally carb queen with a huge coffee addiction. An i have found i like the coffee on in the morning 100mls of tap water and the rest boiling an it's just like my normal cuppa an for a change to the vanilla i do the same an add coffee tastes like one of those fancy french numbers that as full off fat an off limits... my kids even had a sip of these to taste an they loved the taste an they are the biggest critics out haha.
good luck in your choice i once tried Admin Censored....gross liquid cardboard lol
