I hate it. Its just a trick. If im waiting there (I think this goes for anyone), the chocolate bars will be sitting there staring at you, and even more tempting when they are 99c. Or i'll think 'thats new, might as well try it".
I also work at a supermarket, kids throw tantrums so much, as they are at eye level.
Sure, it makes sales, but its so frustrating :(

Oh yeah i so know what you mean! I hate because it always starts an internal arguement 'should i have one' , or the 'go on, one wont hurt' line. I try to look at the gum instead! LOL At least i can have one if i want to :D
