I love stir fries, I make at least 2 a week, so quick and easy
I use the hokein noodles, they're lower in carbs than the udon noodles. I use 1 single serve in the SF and that is for me and hubby. So thats 25grams carbs each. You could have a whole serve to yourself (1 packet) as 50grams carbs isn't too bad considering a serve of pasta is around 90 carbs!
If i've overdone my carbs during the day, i'll have stir fry with no noodles, serve mine out, then put noodles in there for hubby, he's a stick and needs no depriving
