I am doing Weight Watchers which isn't really a diet, its more of a lifestyle change. It teaches you that you can have a treat now and then but instead of having a huge piece of cake, have the small piece. They don't tell you to cut out carbs, meat etc. Everything is ok in moderation.

There isn't really anything I don't like about it. I love the Etools I get with the plan I am on so I can log my food on the internet and build recipes etc.

I have been doing it on and off for about 8 years. I have had varied success as my life tends to be very unstable!! Not any more though!!

I'm just doing my own thing. Eating well and controlling calories, fat, carbs, protein and fibre. Basically a balanced diet! Works for me and doesn't cost me any extra as I don't have to pay for the 'diet' only food :)
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
