i'm struggling to kick my shitty eating habits right now and find myself sabotaging any plans i draw up. i'm considering doing some kind of 1-2 week plan to kickstart the weightloss, i figure it's a good intro to the whole process and will set me on the right track. plus, getting some good results would be really encouraging to start!
so any ideas?
i follow a vegan diet so most of the shakes programs are out of the question.
