I'm a slow one...I lose around .5kg...not a week - but a fortnight!!! It get's a bit frustrating
but apparently the slower you lose it, the more likely you are not to put it back on..?!
I'm not doing anything spectacular, just using calorie king to count my calories, drinking heaps of water and getting in a minimum of 30 minutes exercise a day. I'd probably lose more if I pushed harder...it seems life sometimes just gets in the way?!
