I think there would be pros and cons for a day like this.
Pros being that you're only eating raw/natural foods so this is a great thing BUT most fruit (except for things like avocado and coconut) have no fat and very little protein but are very high in carbs and a great source of fibre. So it would be hard to get a good balance.
What would be a better idea is to have a raw food day, I think this is a great way to detox! So raw fruit, vegies, nuts and things like this.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
