Menu choice

Postby emmaline » Thu Mar 13, 2008 10:04 am

Hi guys!

I know I'm always asking for advice when eating out, but these days I seem to be eating out at least twice a week!
Tomorrow I have a work lunch at a really lovely restauraunt.
Below is the link to what is on the menu... do you guys have any clue as to what I should pick?
I'll obviously steer clear of entree and dessert!

I'm kind of eyeing off the pumpkin and ricotta pasta... but I know the sage butter isn't good.
It's so hard to know what to pick!

Thanks for your help guys!

OMG they all look so delicious & don't sound too healthy unfortunately. A lot of them seem to be high in carbs or have creamy sauces. I think if you like fish go for the Baramundi. It does have a creamy sauce & it has lots of veges that go with it.

You're in a restaurant so you don't have a huge amount of choices there so if you do have something that is indulgent then do a harder work out tomorrow to help balance things out.

Let me know what you ended up getting
