have full cream yoghurt, or a foot long sub
i think 1400 is the minimum number of calories a man should eat a day
maybe add in some nuts?

You really should eat more, or your body won't be getting the amount of nutrients it needs. You don't look like you're getting enough calcium for starters. Maybe you should see your GP or a dietician if you're finding it hard to keep up with your food?

What about if you add some cheese or nuts into your diet? Won't fill you up too much but it will help bring your calorie total a bit higher.

Why cant you eat more than 1200? that doesnt make sense sorry.

Before you started losing weight how many calories did you eat? 2000? 3000? 4000? I guarantee you it would have been above 1200 calories, which is whY i am confused.

you need to eat more, AT LEAST 1500 calories. And you need to eat more for breakfast.

You really aren't having a lot but the first option is don't eat the diet foods (sounds strange to say that to someone thats trying to lose weight) If you can't eat more food, eat food higher in calorie that is still good for you. So the full fat yogurt. Try having soup and a sandwich in stead of just soup and bread. Put tuna on the bread. Have a piece of fruit that is higher in calories, i think an orange has more calories then an apple. treat yourself to somesort of desert every so often. Maybe have some musli with your yogurt in the morning.
Sorry that was all over the place, but hope it helps.

its just hard to think that i have to eat more even when im not hungry.. im quite happy with what im eatin now even though its around 1200 calories a day, so do i just eat for the sake of eating to bring my calories up??? sorry this diet thing is all new to me//
