Does anyone know the points value of:

1) 1 cup of plain or self raising flour
2) 1/2 a cup and 1 cup of sugar
3) 125g of butter

2) 1/2 a cup = 5.5 points and 1 cup of sugar = 11 points
3) 125g of butter = 29.5 points

Need to know if they are point friendly or not.

1)Corn
2)Corn Kernels

100g canned/frozen corn kernels = 1.5 points
120g corn cob fresh = 1.5 points
100g fresh pumpkin = 0.5 point

I'd need to know the Sat fat amount, thats how the points are calculated
