Serving of Veg?

What constitutes a proper serve of salad/vegetables?

Would a large lettuce leaf count as a serve?

Ooohh...good question!

I think I heard on the radio the other day that a cup of frozen veg is one serve or half a cup of fresh....

Could be making this up though - would love to hear the answer!

Might go off to google that one! :P
