all juice has calories so try to limit your intake. Go for water as much as possible.

Juice with no added sugar is your best option.

I also like to have half juice & half soda water. its refreshing and cuts the calories by half.

For weight loss you're better off eating the fruit instead of drinking its juice. Fruit juice is full of calories from the natural sugars. You're better off eating the fruit because it also fills you up making you less likely to eat other 'naughty' foods and it's full of fibre. If you absolutely have to drink juice then as Nikki said you should try and get the ones with no added sugar. But better still see if you can substitute one or two glasses of juice with one or two pieces of fruit and drink water instead.

I am guessing a glass of OJ is about 500kj. 3 glasses a day would save 1500kj!!! Even a lower kj juice would still have 100kj in 3 glasses a day. Go for water instead for sure. 1500kj - that could be a whole meal!!!

Sorry - I meant 1000kj, not 100. (and I'll add that 1500kj is what you'd burn in maybe a 20 minute jog - now do you feel like those 3 glasses of juice a day?)

Evil Wombat was right about the fruit - and you'll get added fibre from it which should keep you fuller.
