what i do right now is constantly stuff my face! though i plan to be having three meals and about two snacks in between. i think it's whatever works for you. healthy portions and keeping your energy up have been the most important things for me in the past, after of course the dedication to keep at it which i am still striving to achieve
I eat six times a day. It's encouraging to know I can eat again in a few hours. Gives me something to look forward to. I eat an evening snack but it's only paw paw at about 50 calories. So far my eating plan is working for me.
