Can someone explain the benefits of LSA and psyllium husk? I know they're good 4 you but im not 100% sure why. Google search was not so helpful. thanks!

Psyllium husk is basically pure fibre. No calories in it at all. You can add a little to cereal, or as I do, add it to baking etc to increase the fibre content. Make sure you drink plenty of water with this though as it can block you up if you overdose on it lol.

LSA is for essential oils, omega 3's and 6's and that. Again it's good to add to cereal or baked products. It's good as well because it's ground up, which means your body can break it dows easier and get the nutrients out of it :D
