my usual breakfast options are-

 organic wholegrain toast with avocado or vegemite
 my own muesli (amaranth, organic gluten free muesli & wholemeal flakes) with low fat soy milk, sometimes with some fruit on top (banana etc)
 soy fruit smoothie (either banana or strawberry usually)
 vegan spaghetti on toast

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, so naturally I had to reply to this thread :p Sometimes I eat breakfast for dinner as well, and I refuse to go to lunch at any cafe which doesn't have an all day breakfast! Here are some of my favourites:

-Nine-grain or cape seed toast with Vegemite and avocado.
-Poached egg on toast.
-Special K (especially the fruity ones) or Just Right cereal with ice-cold skim milk or soy milk.
-Wholegrain cornflakes with fresh strawberries sliced on top.
-Natural yoghurt eaten with pear slices.
-Lemon yoghurt with a teaspoon of dried cranberries mixed in.
-Baked beans on toast.
-Fruit salad.

And for a treat:
-Omelette's with loads of veggies.
-Porridge with fresh sliced strawberries and honey.
-A muffin or banana bread.
-English muffins with margarine and Vegemite.
-Crumpets with honey.

...told you I like breakfast :p Most mornings I'm usually too busy to make breakfast though, so it's usually a few mouthfuls of cereal or fruit and yoghurt, or if I'm really late, I grab an apple to eat in my first lecture and make a herbal tea to take in my travel mug. Oh, and a muesli bar for mid-morning when the apple wears off and I'm hungry again :p

I always have an Up&Go or a bowl of Special K (if I have time!). On weekends, I like to have poached eggs or scrambled eggs on toast.. with avocado. Yum! :)

I LOVE breakfast, favourite meal of the day. This is what I have, I change it nearly every day.

*1/2 Cup Oats, cooked with water over the stove. Then add a tbsp brown sugar or a chopped banana
*1/2 Cup Muesli, Tub Diet Yoghurt and one banana chopped up over the top
*2 Slices wholegrain bread (thick slices) with a little bit of butter and promite
*2 pancakes with sugar and lemon, or raspberries and a scoop of reduced sugar ice cream (only 50 cal!) on weekends
*2 Slices Bread, 1 Poached Egg, 1 Rash Grilled Lean Bacon, 1tbsp BBQ Sauce
*If I am in a rush I will grab one of those mini boxes of Just Right or Weetbix and have them with light milk at work
