I LOVE breakfast, favourite meal of the day. This is what I have, I change it nearly every day.
*1/2 Cup Oats, cooked with water over the stove. Then add a tbsp brown sugar or a chopped banana
*1/2 Cup Muesli, Tub Diet Yoghurt and one banana chopped up over the top
*2 Slices wholegrain bread (thick slices) with a little bit of butter and promite
*2 pancakes with sugar and lemon, or raspberries and a scoop of reduced sugar ice cream (only 50 cal!) on weekends
*2 Slices Bread, 1 Poached Egg, 1 Rash Grilled Lean Bacon, 1tbsp BBQ Sauce
*If I am in a rush I will grab one of those mini boxes of Just Right or Weetbix and have them with light milk at work

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!
